I've been in the food and wine industry all my life. Raised in a family that has been in the grocery, farming and restaurant business for 5 generations going back to the mid 1940's, I've built restaurants, been a chef owner, been a featured chef in many events across the country and been privileged to cooked at the James Beard House. I've directed food and wine educational programs on a national scope and been a sales executive for some of the most prestigious wine companies in the world. Simplify Food and Wine was created to support and consult the Industry by sharing some of the insights and strategies learned over a long and successful career.

We've been there and done that in both the Food and Wine Industry for over 4 decades. We have the experience, connections, colleagues and strategies that can help you be more successful. We've seen the wins, seen the losses and understand what to and what not to do our as our industry evolves and we gain better understanding of what the customer wants and how to deliver it to them.
